I believe trees are one of the most precious commodities on Earth, and protecting them is our responsibility. A recent studies even proclaimed that trees are sentient beings, capable of communicating with one another. It’s unbelievably sad to see hundreds-of-years-old trees being logged. Perhaps what is needed now is a reminder of the deep bond we share with the natural world, and an understanding that we are not separate from it.
